What the work involves
Repeated breaker trips or plans for new equipment warrant an assessment of the existing service. Panel replacement and a service capacity increase are different projects. Where customer-owned meter equipment is involved, the work must be coordinated with the utility; utility-owned equipment remains the utility’s responsibility.
